Adam Liu
Chief Operating Officer

Having a vigorous background in the real estate and land development industry Adam has become a leader in his field. Having received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from McMaster University, Adam specializes in project strategy planning, land development, political urban planning, construction management and sales strategy. Leading the concept, planning, and implementation of new and long-term business strategies, Adam will provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization. With a wide range of skills and experience across multiple aspects of the industry, as the active Chief Operating Officer he steers LeBANC Development towards a bright and successful future.

Rob Bonotto
Director of Construction

With over 24 years of experience in Construction and Development, Rob brings his extensive knowledge to LeBANC Development. Having two post-secondary diplomas in Construction Engineering Management and Architectural Technician CAD, he has built experience across the industry as a professional Construction Manager for numerous developers across the GTA. Having been a part of every part of the progress such as Superintendent, Construction Manager, Property Manager/Head Superintendent and now Director of Construction, Rob recognizes every aspect of this industry.

Bin Fu
Chief Financial Officer

Attending the University of Toronto – Rotman School of Management, Bin received his double major in Finance and Economics and he is also a CFA Charterholder. With a deep knowledge and several years of experience in strategic planning, business valuation, financial analysis, financing, and asset management, Bin fills the role of Chief Financial Officer with his robust financial skills and experience throughout a variety of industries including real estate development, private equity, and manufacturing. Having previously served in senior management roles in companies across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and China, he now joins LeBANC Development in this exciting new venture.

Jim Stinson
Senior Project Manager

With over 40 years in the construction industry, Jim has overseen the completion of numerous large-scale projects across Canada. From the construction of the iconic Sky Dome to the CN Tower Edge Walk in Toronto, his career spans a wide variety of distinctive developments with many being well over $1 Billion. Ensuring reliable project management across the spectrum, Jim has a significant amount of experience with architects and engineers ensuring designs are functional as well as meeting design criteria’s.

Jenny Thyagarajah
Director of Development

An industry expert who has worked for several private developers managing a diverse portfolio of projects across Canada. Jenny Thyagarajah has led an exceptional career in real estate development working in a project management capacity overseeing projects from conception to completion. Jenny’s projects encompass commercial, retail, institutional, mid and high-rise multi-phase large scale developments. Jenny is a member of numerous institutions, including the Canadian Institute of Planners, Ontario Professional Planners Institute and BILD. Her experience brings incredible insight and management skills to the LeBANC Development team.

Sandy Liu
Assistant Controller

Sandy implements exemplary analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage the daily workings of LeBANC Development. With over ten years of experience as a Certified Management Accountant and has her Canadian Securities Course Certification (CSC)
she successfully fills the role of Assistant Controller to ensure that all internal affairs are properly managed.
